Who are we?

The Product Department is responsible for shaping and delivering products that meet student needs and support company objectives. The department includes two teams: Strategy & Delivery, which focuses on product discovery, development, and roadmap execution, and Student Support, which handles everything from technical issues and general enquiries to student discounts and feedback collection. Together, we work cross-functionally to create valuable, student-centred experiences.
