Special Projects exists to imagine, prototype, and shape what comes next in cyber security. We invent.

We work at the very front of the idea curve, where capability begins. Our remit is to explore new concepts, build first-of-kind tools, and develop ideas that could quietly redefine how critical problems are solved. Some of what we build becomes products. Some becomes frameworks. All of it begins with a question: what should exist that doesn’t?

This is a team for those who see the gaps others overlook. Who think not just technically, but strategically. Who want to be part of creating what the industry will need next - before it knows it does.

We operate in the space between research, product, and operational reality. And we don’t publish roadmaps.

We are individuals with deep cyber security expertise and a product mind. We:

- Build with intent, not noise

- Think critically about the tools we've used - and what’s still missing

- Operate well in ambiguity, but deliver with precision

- Are fluent in the field, but not constrained by convention

We may have built things before. We may be known for our judgment. We likely have a bias for action, a high signal-to-noise ratio, and a sense of what matters.
